Donald Trump, Jr., the son of Republican Presidential nominee Donald Trump held a campaign rally for his father at Arizona State University, rallying students and millennial supporters in an attempt to get out the vote among a group that very rarely votes.
Polling among millennials usually finds a much tighter race, and increased support for candidates like Libertarian nominee Gary Johnson and Green nominee Jill Stein.
This was Trump, Jr.'s first visit to the state on behalf of his father's presidential campaign, with recent polling suggesting that Arizona has become a tossup, as opposed to safe Republican as in previous election cycles.
U.S. Congressman Raul Labrador of Idaho introduced Trump at the rally. Labrador is a Mormon, a group that has largely abandoned the Republican nominee, instead supporting candidate Evan McMullin.
At the rally, Trump, Jr. also announced that his father would be coming to the state to campaign on Saturday, at the Phoenix Convention Center, in a last push to gin up support among his loyal supporter base.
