The 2018 Ultimate Women's Expo Fall edition was held at the Phoenix Convention Center, with this year's keynote speakers including Tori Spelling and Fran Drescher.


The event is held annually, and usually features speeches by famous women actors, reality stars, and news personalities. Past speakers have included Nancy Grace, Vivica A. Fox and Muriel Hemingway, among others.


Drescher addressed the group about the difficulties she faced when battling cancer, and the products that she believed are having a negative effect on people's health.


Several thousand women attend the biannual event, with dozens of exhibitors offering free products and massages, as well as selling various products like perfumes, health products, and various other items.
