U.S. Senate candidate and former State Senator Kelli Ward campaigned with several special guests ahead of the 2018 Republican primary at a campaign event in north Phoenix. Guests included Tomi Lahren, Mike Cernovich, Brandon Tatum and Jessie Jane Duff.


The event took place at the Pioneer Living History Museum north of Phoenix, with more than one hundred supporters in attendance.


Lahren and Cernovich have been outspoken about their conservative beliefs on social media platforms such as Twitter, and endorsed Ward's campaign at the event.


The primary is expected to be a closely watched contest, with U.S. Congresswoman Martha McSally leading most polls, and Ward splitting the remaining electorate with former Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio.
