Former Prime Minister of Canada John Turner spoke at the Thunderbird School of Global Management on Wednesday afternoon, addressing business students about leadership, and speaking about his short time as Canadian Prime Minister.


In addition to serving as prime minister, Turner also was Leader of the Opposition for many years, and stood for contention as prime minister for several elections.


The event was held at Yount Auditorium on the Thunderbird campus of Arizona State University, with more than a hundred students in attendance.


The school regularly hosts political and business leaders on various topics relating to global management and leadership.
