Anita Hill appeared at Arizona State University for the annual John P. Frank Lecture on Monday evening. The lecture is held annually, and in past years has hosted Supreme Court Justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Sonia Sotomayor.


Hill came to prominence during the confirmation of Clarence Thomas as Associate Justice to the Supreme Court during the 1990s.


Hill was introduced by former Governor Janet Napolitano, who helped with Hill's 1991 testimony against Thomas to the U.S. Senate Judiciary committee.


She is now a professor at Brandeis University, and a faculty member of Brandeis' Heller School for Social Policy and Management.
