Bruce Arians, the head coach of the Arizona Cardinals, accompanied by Michael Bidwell, President, and Steve Keim, general manager, spoke to a group of gathered business leaders on the topic of leadership, at the University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale.


The event was a part of the Chamber of Commerce's 2016 Leadership Series, and featured speeches by all three members of the Cardinals team.


Prior to their remarks, attendees were able to watch training going on down on the field from the club level of the stadium.


Following, several players, including the famed Tyrann Mathieu, posed with attendees, taking selfies and talking briefly with those who chose to meet them.
