On Saturday, Celebrity Fight Night held its 23rd annual fundraiser, with celebrities such as Harrison Ford, Sharon Stone, Michael Phelps, Reba McEntire, Larry Fitzgerald, David Foster, Brooks & Dunn, Laila Ali, and Larry King coming to Phoenix in order to celebrate the life of Muhammad Ali.

Celebrity Fight Night was established to promote ongoing efforts to eliminate sickness and poverty. The organization provides free treatment and medicine for people of all ages regardless of their ability to pay.

They also contribute to research aimed at finding a cure for catastrophic diseases and provide funds to non-profit organizations that create opportunities for youth and their families who live in threatening and vulnerable neighborhoods.

Celebrity Fight Night has raised millions of dollars in its 23-year history with the Muhammad Ali Parkinson Center at Barrow Neurological Institute as a significant beneficiary.

Muhammad Ali has been a staple of Celebrity Fight Night, but with his passing in 2016, the event had a different tone, one of celebration of the life of one of the greatest fighters of all time.

Celebrities walked the red carpet prior to the event, with Celebrity Fight Night founder Jimmy Walker accompanying Harrison Ford and Sharon Stone on the carpet in front of dozens of photographers and news cameras.

In addition to a live auction, the main event features performances by a variety of musical acts, this year included Colbie Caillat, Brian McKnight, Mike Love, Dennis Quaid, and The Shadowboxers.
